Block Ships and Ammunitions Corporation merger

Block Ukx announced, “a new merger and expansion”. He explained the holders of “Block Ships and Ammunitions shareholders will receive a final dividend on Feb 27, and re-issued “Preferred Stock” shares on the first week of March”, and, “BSAC S2 Common Stock shareholders will receive a final dividend on Feb 27, and re-issued “Preferred Stock” shares on the first week of March”.

The new shares details are “BSAC Preferred Stock shares”, issued on, “March 1st, 2007”, at “share price: 30,000 isk”. The dividend structure will be, “dividends: 50% net profits distributed by-weekly”, “Retained earnings: 50% net profits.”
